New homes coming to Yelvertoft

yelvertoft site plan

To ensure rural communities can thrive, businesses need access to a local workforce. And a local workforce needs somewhere affordable to live.

A prosperous rural economy creates a virtuous circle. People work, earn money, and spend it locally in shops, pubs and outlets.

At Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association, we’re continually working closely with District and Parish Councils to build new rural schemes. We'll be starting construction on five new homes in the village of Yelvertoft in autumn 2024.

The five affordable homes, due to be ready in early 2025, will be a mix of houses and bungalows for social rent and one 2-bedroom house for shared ownership. All the homes will only be offered to people with a connection to the parish, enabling local people to stay in, or return to, Yelvertoft.
